Delete your TrueConnect account

TrueConnect — a product of Jan Logistical Services LLC · mobile app published by Lutiruba LLC

You can ask us to delete your TrueConnect account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This applies to the TrueConnect web portal and the TrueConnect mobile app (iPhone and Android) — it is the same account.

How to request deletion

• In the app: open Account → Delete my account and confirm.
• By email: write to support@trueconnect.ai from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my TrueConnect account".

We may contact you to confirm the request comes from you. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and profile (name, email, phone, address).
• Your applications, interview answers, uploaded documents and identifiers (such as your Social Security Number), messages, and app device and notification data.

What may be kept

Some information may be kept for as long as the law requires — for example, employment, payroll and tax records, and records the hiring company must keep as your employer — and records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Anything we keep is protected as described in our Privacy Policy and deleted when it is no longer required.
